IST has obtained IEC/IECQ certification (No. T1090, including ISO/IEC17025) in the area of electronic component, module and end-product reliability testing since 2001. IEC/IECQ is amongst the world’s most recognized international standards and conformity assessment body for all fields of electrotechnolgoy. |

IST has acquired quality management system certification TUV NORD ISO9001:2000 (No. 44 100 062403) in the area of IC diagnosis and failure analysis, reliability testing and green product analysis. TUV NORD is the member of TUV-CERT, one of Germany’s most authoritative certifying organization. |

IPC Member
IST has officially become the member of IPC since June 16, 2006. IPC is the electronic interconnect organization that brings together all industry players to establish international industry standards. Being an IPC member, IST has successfully expanded global networks through international collaboration. |

IST was awarded RoHS test certification from BSI in August 2006 in the area of chemical analysis for electronic material and component material. BSI British Standards is one of the world’s leading certification and standards bodies, with a globally recognized reputation for its independent assessment certification services. |

TAF
IST has successfully acquired chemical analysis certification from TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) on January 11, 2005 (No. 1396) covering the area of electronic material, component material and plastic chemical analysis. On March 21, 2006, IST’s reliability testing lab was awarded the certification from TAF (No. 0835) in the area of electronic component, module, and end-product reliability testing. |
